Buyer’s rights and return policy

FRS neither guarantees its customers the availability of every product at all times, nor the delivery period of every product displayed on its website. However, FRS will do everything possible to deliver orders within a maximum time period of 10 days (peninsular Spain and Balearic Islands) or 20 days (rest of Spain and European Union). In the event of not having stock the customer will be notified.

FRS guarantees its customers the possibility of cancelling their order at any moment and free of charge, provided that cancellation it’s communicated before the order has been made available to the shipper for delivery.

The customer will have a time period of 14 days after the receipt of the order to rescind the contract and proceed to return the product. The customer will communicate FRS, within the stipulated time period and by any means admitted by law, his decision to exercise his right to terminate the contract. The returned item must be delivered together with the delivery note and, if applicable, invoice issued to FRS. Customer will take charge of refund fees.

The customer may return any item purchased from FRS if and when the products have not been opened or used and retain their original seal or packaging. In this case, FRS will refund the money through a payment to credit card, bank transfer to bank account or payment to personal account.

If any other item than that requested by the customer was delivered mistakenly by FRS, the item will be withdrawn and the correct item will be delivered without any additional charge to the customer.

Customer’s obligations

FRS hopes that possible disagreements can be resolved in a friendly way. If that is not the case, both parties, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona for the resolution of any conflict that may arise in the interpretation or applications of these General Terms.
